What Are The Symptoms Of Potential Pregnancy?

For the past 3 / 4weeks now , I have been having pregnancy symptoms , my period started 2 days early last month , I ve been looking things up , and it could have possibly been implantation bleeding , I ve took 2 tests , but very faint positives , I haven t had an appetite , I ve eaten 4 times . It s hard to keep food down when I do try to eat , I had just made dinner , got up to take my plate to the kitchen and had to run out the back door not even 1 minute after I swallowed my last bite to eat , and vomited all of it back up .. Sometimes I vomit in the morning , sometimes in the evening , does this sound like pregnancy ?

Pregnancy can occur if you have unprotected sex in your fertile period.
if there is overdue of cycle, then there is a chance of pregnancy.
urine pregnancy test will confirm your diagnosis.
symtomps like nausea , vomiting are non specific for pregnancy so dont rely on them.
thanks
