I came in from working on my motorcycle to look up parts online as I was sitting it felt like electricity went from my chest and shoulder area down my arm and then hurt for a little while in my forearm then went away is this a sign of an up coming heart attack

hi what you have experienced could just be a muscle pull when you are at work. potential signs of heart attack can be chest pain most probably left sided,( not always chest pain radiating to the left hand, shoulder, jaw,forearm,headache. shortness of breath sweating,dizziness,restlessness, vomiting, mimics gastritis. in diabetics sometimes it is painless, cardiac enzymes like trop-i, ckmb should be positive,with positive signs of ischaemia on the threadmil all the best. take care
