I got home from work tonight and my chest from my heart to the top of my throat started to feel very uncomfortable, also my neck and back are in pain and i hear popping noises on different parts of my head/neck like a vein or something. should i go to the hospital or is this just the start of an extremly uncomfortable chest cold?
