Gastroenterologist 's  Response
Hi,

Considering the current symptoms, the patient should immediately visit a gastroenterologist or hepatologist and undergo endoscopic examination and a series of blood test. The definite diagnosis may be given after test results are obtained.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wish him good health.

Regards,
Dr Tayyab Malik
