General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
If it is intolerance, it should be there in between, with vomiting or loose motion.
I doubt it to be due to the infection,as it is sub clinical it has controlled
by avoiding feeding, and started after feeding. More over ice cream should not be given to the patients with G.I. infection.
I advise you to consult a pediatrician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms furazolidone, and domperidone.
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
