What Are The Symptoms Of Hyperventilation?

I got hammered last night on alcohol and today my heart hasn't stopped racing. I felt a little discomfort down my left arm, but it's gone now. I thought it might have been a heart attack, but now I think I might be hyperventilating. I'm not sure.

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you are mostly having withdrawal symptoms.
You drank alcohol last night, so hang over and withdrawal symptoms are common after this.
But better to rule out heart diseases for your symptoms because hyperventilation, chest pain, left arm pain etc are commonly seen with heart diseases.
So get done ecg and 2d echo. If both these are normal then no need to worry for major heart diseases.
Better to avoid alcohol ingestion. It is not good for your health.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
