What Are The Symptoms Of High Blood Pressure?

Hello my question is what are the symptoms for high or low blood pressure? Because since yesterday I started to notice i couldn t here well out of my left ear and I woke up the same way , then later on I started to hear a beeping sound in the same ear and it hasn t gone away? What should I do or what can I take? thank you for your help

I can understand your concern.
Symptoms of high blood pressure are headache, giddiness, chest pain, nausea, chest tightness etc.
This can not cause decrease hearing or ear symptoms.
So I don't think your current symptoms are due to high blood pressure.
In my opinion, you should consult ENT doctor and get done endoscopic examination of inner ear to rule out infection or other causes for your symptoms.
