What Are The Symptoms Of Having Vertigo?

My body temperature is usually at 98.6 today it is sitting at 94/94.5 I am nauseous, dizzy, and have a headache. I feel as though I have vertigo. But I also feel hot. I have been fighting throwing up all day and after dinner I could no longer keep it down. My eyes refuse to focus for long periods. I do not want to go to the ER but I am frightened.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your Query. Vertigo can be peripheral or central. Usually peripheral vertigo will get relief after vomiting.Anyhow you should have an examination with an ENT doctor or a Physician. If it is central then you might need a neurological assesment. For peripheral vertigo i usually treat with meclizine for 5 days and piracetam also for some cases. If it is chronically present i also give vestibular rehabilitative exercises.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
