What Are The Symptoms Of Hand Eczema?

what are the symptoms of hand eczema? I have cracked, swollen hands and fingers, and blisters on my hands one of which has white fluid in the blister. My hands are itchy also. The dr that I went to said that I have Eczema and gave me Predisone to take. It cleared it up but then it came back within one week. I am a CNA and I work in an Assisted Living Facility. I use the nitrile gloves at work

Hi,

You seem to have contact allergic dermatitis on hands. The allergen might be the material of gloves you wear. You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis.

After thorough history and examination, your doctor might decide what factor is responsible for your allergy. If gloves is the culprit...please change it.

Antihistaminics, steroids in tappering doses and topical stetoid or tacrolimus may be cosidered as a treatment modality.

I hope this would help you.

Thanks.
