Hi, welcome to our site. I am Dr Saumya Mittal.

Read your query. That is a very significant question and i appreciate your problem. I will try my best to answer your query

One of the main problems in diabetes is that there may be absolutely no symptoms.

Alternatively, a patient may have symptoms of increased thirst, increased fluid intake, increased urination.

Sometimes diabetes is detected by complications.
Diabetes affects every part of the body. So symptoms depend on site involved-
Eyes- blurring of vision- called retinopathy
Kidneys- raised creatinine and loss of protein in urine- nephropathy
Nerves- tingling numbness- neuropathy
So on and so forth

Best to keep checking sugars.

Blackouts, seizure and coma may happen if sugars are too high or too low. However they are both not safe conditions and I would suggest you meet a physician soon. There are other causes of these symptoms besides diabetes

I hope this helps you. Inform the reports mentioned above so i can be of help further. Best of luck.
