What Are The Symptoms Of Decreased Kidney Function?

I ve had bilateral lower back/flank pain that is dull and achey. I seem to notice it more after I intake a lot of caffeine. I have a habit of 2ish energy drinks a day(2 serving ones each). The pain is not with certain movements and isn t exacersabged when I touch it. Could it be chronic adrenal fatigue or could it have to do with decreased kidney function????

Hello and thank you for the answer!
Symptoms of kidney failure are caused by the build-up of waste products in the body that may cause weakness, shortness of breath, lethargy, and confusion.Kidneys also play a role in regulating the blood pressure and electrolyte balance. So a majority part of the entire budy stability is conected with the kidney function. Some symptoms of kidneys desease include :
Changes in Urination, Swelling , Fatigue,Nausea and Vomiting, etc.
If you have some of this symptoms, i'd suggest you to see a nephrologist and take same exams especially Azotemia and Creatinemia.
Best regards!
