What Are The Symptoms Of Brain Tumor?

Erm, hi. Probably a stupid question and I've only brought it up because I was thinking back to Casualty and Nick Jordan and his brain tumor. But I've began to notice that I slur my words up like by saying a different letter at the beginning of a word or not being able to pronounce the word at all. I have problems with balance, like I can't balance to save my live. I also get bad headaches and blurry vision some times. I'm I just seeing thing that I know are related with a brain tumor and worrying aimlessly of could I be on to something?
