What Are The Symptoms Of An Early Miscarriage?

How do I know if I was pregnant and had early miscarriage? Yesterday I had every symptom of a miscarriage mind you I do have a 12 year copper IUD in I took a pregnancy test not even 30 min after passing a pretty big blood clot, and it was positive. Today I went to planned parenthood and took a urine test and was negative.

Hi and welcome to HCM. Thanks for the query.
If beta HCG levels are zero in blood then it cant be detected by standard urine or blood tests. But you can do ultrasound and check morphology of endometrium and it may show if pregnancy existed. Also, if there were just 2 days after blood clot passed, then beta hcg may still be detectable in urine.
Wish you good health. Regards
