What Are The Symptoms Of Acid Reflux?

Hi im 20 years old and the other day I had ate and after I ate my chest started hurting so bad like when I swallow water or eat anything I feel it going down my chest and through my back...it hurts so bad like I have to vomit....could it be acid reflux what can I take?...thank you doctor

Hi
One of the reasons can be acid reflux.
But recurrent pain radiating to the chest should be evaluated.
It can be related to the cardiac problems, or esophageal induced coronary vasospasm, or related to gastritis or pancreatitis.
If the pain is the same please see the cardiologist, an upper gastrointestinal endoscopy with ultrasound abdomen,
