What Are The Symptoms Of A Potential Std?

I am a sophomore in high school around summer between 8th grade and freshmen year(more than a year ago) I had unprotected sex and I noticed a clear creamy discharge after I urinate a small amount though like a precum substance. It has only happened about 3 times definitely less then 5 times. Started once about 5 months after intercourse and others at no specific pattern. Vie looked up STD information and I'm worried. I'm confused though because I have no other symptoms of stds and no physical differences have occured to my body. If it means anything the last time was today no excitement throughout the day after I urinated but I have worn my pants down enough where they were over my penis and while walking movement against it sorta tight if that meant anything I'm very curious and concerned is it possible that it could not be stds and some kind of other thing?

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Discharge per genitals started 5 months after the unprotected exposure is unlikely to be due to STD. Prolonged abstinence from sex or constipation might cause such discharge of prostatic secretion. Nothing to worry about that. If you have burning sensation during urination or frequency of urination, then it is better to get investigated for the presence of any infection. A simple urine routine examination will reveal the presence of infection. If there is any evidence of infection, then other investigations will confirm whether it is due to STD or not,
Consult your physician and get well.
