The tip of my penis has a sticky film over it when I go to pee. It s whatever color my briefs are. If I try to bust through it, there is pain and urine sprays. Sometimes when I open it, there s a drop of a cloudy white substance. I haven t been sexually active in two months and it s been about 3 weeks of this. No real pain during peeing unless it s still stuck shut. Is this uti, yeast infection, or possible std. Thank you
