Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. Panic attacks are very common affairs with so many people. Whether they have anxiety disorder or not. Fear or confusion triggers panic attack. Some are severe and some are mild. The common symptoms of panic attacks are palpitation, cold sweat, panting, restlessness, jittery, goose bumps etc.

Every panic attack has basics in an underlying anxiety disorder. Treating and managing that anxiety solves both the problems. Consult a psychologist.
