Hi My last period happened on 17 Aug. Missed my period in September and got a positive urine pregnancy test with other related symptoms such a breast tenderness, Little nausea, fatigue etc. But since 10 Oct I have been bleeding a little bit on and off, without any pain, not filling a pad, but little dark blood clots 2-3 times a day. I had an transvaginal scan on 10 Oct, report says two gestational sac in uterine cavity, yolk sac and fetal pole seen but no cardiac activity. Also poor decidual reaction and gestational age 5 week. Doctor advised me once at bed time , Uterine 300 mg for ten days and then another scan after 10 days. I am much worried. Is it a sign of impending miscarriage ??? Please advise.
