What Are The Symptoms Of A Miscarriage?

I did a home pregnancy test which was positive...... Calculating my dates i will be around 5 weeks pregnant..... I m in the middle of dorting doctors..... I started bleeding on Sunday very pink with small blood clots and yesterday I past a big clot just smaller than my palm I was wondering if I could be miscarrying but have had no cramps or pains other than the usual sore breasts etc

Thanks for sharing your health concern with us. In the current scenario, it appears that you may have had a chemical pregnancy. If the clot you passed looked like a piece of tissue, then it is possible that you may have expelled the products of conception. However, confirmation can be had through a pelvic/trans-vaginal sonogram. If in doubt, this can be clubbed with serial serum beta-hCG titres. Doubling titres every 2 or 3 days suggests a healthy pregnancy. Hope you find this information useful. Wish you good health.
