Hello Madam
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I can certainly understand your concern.
I worked through your query in detail.
Head Injury can present with wide variety of symptoms.
It can present with headache initially at the point of impact and later it can present with a diffuse headache.
It's very important to detect symptoms of raised intracranial tension which is due to collection if blood in the brain tissue or around it.
These symptoms include
vomiting, blurring of vision, altered levels of consciousness and difficult breathing.
Hence it is important to attend emergency care and get a
CT scan of the head at the earliest to detect an active delayed bleeds.
But on a preventive note it's advisable to get an elective CT scan of the brain to prevent emergency visits.
Please check with your
Neurologist if he shares my view and if can advise you on this.
Kindly update me with your health status in the due course via a periodical online follow up.
Post your further questions if any.
Thank you.
