What Are The Symptoms Of IBS?

This week had symptoms of severe stomach cramps followed by diarrhea. At the time I was sitting on the toilet I felt light headed and broke out in a cold sweat that actually made my shirt damp. This episode lasted for about 15 to 20 minutes and then I was fine. Could this be IBS, if so where does the sweating and the light headedness come from

It may be IBS. If i am a treating doctor then i would like to investigate first rather then confirmed diagnosed as IBS. It may be seen in enteritis (Viral or bacterial), as headache and fever is part of it. If symptom still persist then you need blood investigation and stool examination report.
