Hello
Both tests are NEGATIVE even after 100 days i.e . window period ended after 3 weeks , so tests are safe and should be conclusive.
You didn't mention the site of pain in abdomen and this may be due to other reasons , so need not to worry about HIV infection.
I am also writing symptoms of HIV.
Fever, pharyngitis, lymphadenopathy, headache/ retro-orbital pain, arthralgias/myalgias,lethragy/maalise, anorexia/ weight loss,nausea, vomiting/diarrhea.
Erythematous maculopappular rash, Mucocutaneous ulceration on tongue and in mouth.
Myelopathy,
Peripheral neuropathy.
So in your case there are no such symptoms and above all tests are negative so you are HIV free.
Good luck.
