What Are The Symptoms Of HIV?

Hi,

I am 26 years old man. I had sex with one of my old girl-friend on 3rd July, 2010. On that day we met and decided to have sex after a long time. After warming-up (had some mouth to mouth smooches) she helped me to wear the ‘condom’ using her own hands. But, at the time of intercourse my penis became shortened, may be due to we had no emotions in between us anymore. Though I had a feeling that my penis got into her for a very short period of time and that moment I also felt that, the head of my condom became wet due to vaginal fluid.
After a big dissatisfaction I removed my condom holding the head of that (Where I felt a little amount of vaginal fluid caught into my finger-tips). After that I rubbed my fingers in bed-sheet and then went to washroom and rinse my hand by water only (Did not use any soap) for 10-15 seconds, then I washed my penis and touched/rubbed the tip of it (penis hole) to clean it (cause, a little my-hormonal fluid and condom’s lubricant was present there) with my finger-tip (Which mean there was a contact with the hole of my penis and the tip of my finger which was not properly clean by soap) for a very little time.

Now the problem is after one month of that incident, last 2-3 days I am having headache, my stomach is unstable and having loose motion and also tiredness all the time. (This may caused due to rainy reason as well)

Now my question is-
1.     Is there any possibility that I caught by HIV?
2.     How can I come to know my AIDS status?
3.     Worst case, if I caught by HIV, is there any medicine to survive? If so, then how long I can survive?

Also I would really like to know when should I take the HIV test, as I mentioned in my previous question, the incident happened on 3rd July, so shall I go for 3rd October for ELISA test or you want me take the HIV DNA by PCR test now (as already 35 days past, the incident occurred).

I have another query regarding the smooches, that is – that day I shaved my facial hair 4 hours prior to that incident occurred and I had no major or minor cuts or injuries.
My question is – As I was shaved therefore may be my facial skin had some open pores or may be very little sensitive or one layer thin than normal skin though I used safety razor. After that when her tongue or saliva contacted some of the part of my face (especially which part moustache grows). Can this transmit HIV in me?

Please let me know your concern. I know that is a mistake I had done, because I was unaware of that what my girlfriend was doing these may days. It may be possible that she is clean and may be she is not. But the sex was not unprotected and there was no 100% sperm-contact, which I can guarantee.

Please let me know what should be done now because I am too much worried. Also let me know, shall I look for any other side-effect for the time being.

Thanks and Regards

Hello
After reading of your query I will try to explain you something :
Although HIV can be isolated in low titers from saliva of a small proportion of INFECTED (but your girl friend was not infected , if , you don't know )individuals , there is NO convincing evidence that saliva can transmit HIV infection through kissing even deep kissing or through other exposure .
SALIVA CONTAINS ENDOGENOUS ANTI VIRAL FACTORS.
You washed you hand with water ( you mentioned few minutes ) as they were contracted with vaginal fluid . But in vitro virus can't survive ( but in your case medium was vaginal fluid ) but you washed hands so no chance of getting HIV infection by you .
Antibodies to HIV begin to appear within 2 weeks of infection, and the period of time between initial infection and the development of detectable antibodies is rarely more than 3 months .
Approximately 50-7-% of infected individuals experience an acute syndrome following primary infection.
The acute syndrome follows infection by 3-6 weeks while in your case almost 2 1/ 2 months passed.
If you were got HIV infection , symptoms would have been appeared much earlier .
Since you are having loose motion , headache , stomach discomfort , tiredness , although few symptoms simulate HIV infection but these symptoms may be due to STRESS and big ANXIETY .
Sex was PROTECTED so no chance HIV infection because your glans ( root of source of infection entering point ) was under protection of CONDOM.
HIV infected patient are treated with success and even they can survive more than 20-30 years as it depend on severity of infection , viral load , other disease and response of patient to drugs and will of patient ,
Since you are in BIG TENSION and STRESS , I recommend you get in P 24 rapid nucleic acid amplification (pcr rna ) and also get in ELISA test for HIV confirmation BUT in my opinion you are HIV free person.
Hope this will help you.
