Since you are in confusion about HIV infection and your history ,mentioned in the query is not an indication that you are having HIV.
For your information I am writing various symptoms of HIV infected patient, these include:
General
Fever,
pharyngitis,
lymphadenopathy, headache/retro-orbital pain ( behind eyes ),
arthralgias/malaise, anorexia/
weight loss , nausea/vomiting/
diarrhea.
Erythematous
maculopapular rash , mucocutaneous ulceration ( mouth and on tongue) .
As you mentioned that white tongue is there , rash present feeling of ulcer in mouth . Peeling of skin on fingers is due to flooring.
All these symptoms which you are having is not an indication that you are a patient of HIV infection, so need not to confuse .
To be absolutely sure you need to do the tests at 90 days & when it comes NEGATIVE then only you can be declared HIV negative .
But according to your symptoms I don't recommend you any test for HIV.
