what are the medical checkups done before joining an organisation like lnt ecc division,this is for formality or a serious problem? what are the symptoms of hiv( aids )? is the sex with hand reduces the hemoglobin level?

Hi Welcome to Health Care Magic......
medical checkups by organisation are usually routine tests like A complete blood counts , Blood sugar , Urine routine , ECG and chest Xray are usually done to just have a report of health status of the individual 1) Becoz healthy employees are poductively better for organization 2) Few of the health insurance companies which the organisation is affiliated too require them as a baseline .
HIV (AIDS) symptoms are usually not very distinctive from others. Common symptoms are fever for more than a month , diarrhoea - loose stools for more than a month, inexplainable significant weight loss , repeated infections...
No sex doesnot reduce heamoglobin levels.
