Hello dear, Grovers disease means transient acantholytic dermatosis, in which there is rash mainly over the back chest shoulder area, and vesicles may develop later on.it inches also.This condition is aggravated by hot humid environment and by sweating also. But your description regarding rash under eyes and flaking is a bit confusing,that type of lesions many times seen in allergic conditions. Anyway do apply creams containing steoids, potent strong steroids like clobetasol on back, mild like flutivate cream on face.dont overuse otherwise may cause side effects.apply good moisturizer on face too.
