Recently after I masturbate my urethra has a tickling feeling on the inside. It goes away but I haven t had this before. I have been sexually active and about 3 mo the ago I had set with a girl and the condom broke. I don t remember seeing it break but she said it did. She said she was clean but you never know. Also I have received oral sex from a few different t girls since then and am just curious as to what it could be. Or am I worrying. I did go to the doctors before Xmas and haven t heard anything back yet from the tests. But a mind can wonder

A Trichomonas infestation can cause such tickling sensation in urethra and it would likely to be missed on investigations on a male. But it can be diagnosed easily in a woman on examination of her vaginal discharge under microscope.
