What Are The Symptom And Tests Of Early Pregnancy?
my daughter has had a scan today after lots of pregnancy tests failed but an internal examination found her uterus enlarged and soft to touch.. the scan found her endometrial thickness to be 10.5mm and free fluid in her POD.. could she be very early pregnancy as TA and TV both found no pregnancy?

Symptoms of early pregnancy include nausea, vomiting, breast tenderness, abdominal cramp, frequent urination, mild white discharge etc.
Very early scan is UNABLE to detect gestational sac. I suggest her to repeat TVS soon after missed period to confirm pregnancy.
