Hi,

You are having low back pain which can be due to a disc prolapse or any degenerative changes of your spine the most possible reason is less of exercise and doing lot of static position like long time sitting. Due to Disc prolapse your nerve is getting compressed and there is this radiating pain that you feel on your calf muscles.

You can take hot packs to relieve your back pain. Start activities like walking, swimming, avoid bending moments also can use a back pillow while driving if you need to sit for longer duration take a break after every half an hour.

Hope this helps with your back pain and solved your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Jenis Bhalavat
