What Are The Substitute For Pain Killers To Diagnose SI Joint Tenderness ?

I have been diagnosed with tenderness of si joints for last 2 months.can I get rid of the pain without the painkillers .will i be able to walk and work normally

Hi,Anita,
You have not mentioned your age,As after 40 one gets degenerative changes in the joints leading to stiffness of the joints giving rise to pain.
As there is tenderness at si joint it may be due to trauma.
You can do back extension exercise,slow walking,swimming etc which keep your joint flexible and less pain.
You can do hot fomentation at the joint and apply local pain reliever cream.
