What Are The Signs Of Pregnancy?

I took a pregnancy test day before yesterday...at first it was negative...so i threw it away. In the am I was wondering and looked at it again and it had a light positive line on it. I just took another and its negative...But i have all the signs of being pregnant, but I am still confused because I have had these signs every time before my period ever since my D&C

The result of the urine pregnancy test kit should be considered immediately after adding the urine.
After few hours that may show positive line but it should not be considered.
Urine pregnancy test kits can give false positive results sometimes.

Symptoms of pregnancy can mimic the symptoms of premenstrual phase as you said.
So, wait for one more week.
Possibly by that time you will get periods. If not repeat the urine pregnancy test to get more accurate result.
