What Are The Signs Of Pregnancy?

Pls doc, im having a slight blood discharge. I had a miscarriage in November last year and by january, i noticed i was pregnant. By mid february i saw this discharge which i was given drugs. Later i went for scan, the doc said she is seeing a sac but no sign of a baby while i an feelin all the sign of pregnancy.

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion the bleeding in pregnancy might be due to miscarriage,ectopic pregnancy,hormonal abnormalities like thyroid abnormalities or progesterone insufficiency,low lying placenta,cervical bleeding etc.So in case of spotting or bleeding all the above causes should be evaluated.As the gestational sac is only visible I suggest you to repeat the ultrasound after 2 weeks to see the progress of the pregnancy.Dont worry.Avoid physical strain and intercourse.Take rest.Also take healthy nutritional diet and folic acid supplements.
