HI
Well come to HCM
Heat stroke is disturbances in body temperature the set pint of body temperature goes up due to environment heat or high temperature and this is distinct from the fever, immediate cool down the body temperature would be the first step with shifting patient in cool place in air condition if available or else cool it with cold water bath, wrapping the body with wet towel may increase the body temperature, next is dehydration this need to be corrected with drinking water, in sever case isotonic salt to be given by I/V route, hope this information helps.
