What Are The Signs And Symptoms Of Asperger S Syndrome?

They are having my grandson tested for Aspergers Syndrome or some kind of Autisim. He is 3 1/2 years old. He knows all of his letters, both upper & lower case. He knows his colors, and he knows how to mix colors and what he ll get, i.e. he knows that red & yellow make orange. He knows all shapes, up to and including trapazoids. He can read certain words, and he can tell you what letter a word starts with. The problem is, he just started pre-school. Prior to that he was with his mother 24/7. She and her husband didn t even go out to dinner without him, until last month. He is overindulged with toys, and I can see where there are times he goes to his playroom and he s over-stimulated, so he just takes a truck and leaves the room. Now he doesn t want to play with the other children. He likes to play alone. Additionally, if the class is going to move from their classroom to the Auditorium or Gymnasium, initially he s panic. Now they use 8x10 pictures on his desk and show him the 3 steps they will be doing to move to another room. He is petrified of moving/robotic like animals, such as the ones you d find in Chuck-E-Cheese, as well as a store I go to for produce. When my daughter tells him that they are taking me shopping, he immediately says, no robots ! It s been almost a year since we took him there. Are these signs of Aspergers Syndrome?

greetings,
i think you should ask your daughter about the same and tell her that its basically ruining her habits.
tell her, explain her thatbthere are so many people in the world who are not getting foods.
here the role is for the counselling and not the medicine.
you can start by telling that as a child you used to do it tillt he time you realised how terrible thing it is.
hope this helps.
regards.
