vsograin is a tripple drug that contain ergotamine,prochloreperazine and caffein...it is used for prophylaxis of migraine,not usually for treatment...since it is combination drug,side effects are also multiple(though most side effects are not common)..common ones are hypertension,nausea,abdominal discomfort,fatigue,muscle stiffness,myocardial infarction(very rare),dry eye,visual changes,constipation,dry mouth etc....if you are hypertensive/heart patient,better to avoid...else,no problem when taken ocassionally. i hope this information might help you.thank you.
