hi i ve had a hystertomy a few years ago and i truly regret it,i m 48 and i m having vaginal dryness.and i was recently prescribed vaginal premarin cream.what s the different between the cream and the pill was that a good ideal to be prescribed the vaginal cream and what s the side affects?

increase of CRP(marker assocciated with heart disease)
have more problems with low libido
increase the risk of thromboembolic events
raise blood pressure
raise trigliceride
suppress thyroid function
