What Are The Side Effects Of Taking Ciprofloxacin 500 And Citalopram Together?
Hello I have just started the antibiotic ciprofloxacin 500mg for infection. I forgot to tell doc I am taking citalopram antidepressant 10mg a day. looking on internet it says these drugs are not good together. should I go back and change Antibiotic. Many Thanks. Marie

The antibiotic would be mandatory and course of this need to be finished but anti depressant can be omitted for few days and this cause no harm and in my opinion it is advisable to finish the course of antibiotic and stop the antidepressant not to be taken together, Thank.
