Xtpara Tablet (Paracetamol) is commonly presecired in the symptomatic treatment of fever, headache, joint pain, toothache, muscle pain, etc. Taken in the prescribed dose it is quite safe in patient suffering from thyroid problems, type 2 diabetes or hypertension. Generally it is well tolerated however the most common side effects include allergic reactions (redness and itching of the skin, swelling of the lips and eyes, difficulty in breathing, etc).
