What Are The Side Effects Of Taking Phenytoin?
I have just founf out my daughter is taking phenytoin necause she said she has seizures she had one about 6 years ago driving under the influence of meth. My daughter will tell a doc anything to get something. With that being I haven taken the medicine but would like to know what the systoms would be if you taje this drug and its not needed. Concerned mom

phenytoin on long term basis will be leading to folic acid deficiency ... i can understand ur concern ... but don not worry unless she becomes old and then u get her married then only it is a concern ... otherwise it doesnt cause much side effect when u take the medicines as per doctors advice ...
