What Are The Side Effects Of Taking Norethisterstone?

hi there i took the norethisterstone tablet on 3rd sep to stop my period on 11th for my holiday and it stopped it,i stop taken these tablets on the 12th on the night and came on a period on the 16 september for 24 hrs and since then ive been haven spotting when i wipe is this normal or could i be pregnant

Hello,

If you are sexually active, then you should undergo one home pregnancy test to clear doubt about pregnancy.

Above feature may be due to side effects of Norethisterone pill as a result of hormonal imbalance. Pelvic infection, mental stress etc are other causes. You can take Tranexamic acid to arrest bleeding. Maintain genital hygiene properly.
