What Are The Side Effects Of Stop Taking Sleeping Pills?
I am using sleeping pills for over 2 years regularly and now when stop taking those the pills I feel like shaky and also having sleeping disorders with tremendous headaches and cannot concentrate on anything. What should I do now? Do I stop those pills permanently or hold on to those ?

dont be worried...
it is all due to being addicted to it over a prolonged time..
dont abruptly stop it..
gradually reduce the dose to finally stop them...
abrupt stoppage can cause such features...
