What Are The Side Effects Of Smoking?

Hi, so I have been smoking cigarettes for about 5 years now, and Saturday night I was drinking,, and ended up vomiting, at first it was all clear, then when I had nothing else to throw up, I it started to come out like dark brown , the next day my throat was sore, then the day after that(Monday) when ever I take a deep breath , i feel a tremendous amount of pressure on my upper chest and when I cough I feel my ribs very sore from the front, sides , and back! Is this something that will pass or should I see a doctor? Please and thank you!

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. The symptoms you are narrating should pass within two days. But you must ascertain how this vomiting took place. I don't think it is due to excessive drinking of alcohol at the given point of time. There could be other reasons like food poisoning, indigestion or liver damage due to heavy drinking. Therefor I suggest you to consult a physician without fail.
