Hi,I am Dr. Alexander H. Sheppe (Psychiatrist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
lets see...I've smoked pot everyday for at least three years or so I've quit for ten months when I had a bad trip but I smoked again and got back on my pothead grind so to speak. BUT I know since marijuana isn't addictive I only have one question, if it is not habit forming, have any of your patients smoked pot and got in trouble for it?
Of course, some patients get into trouble with the law. Others experience weight gain. Some are diverted from tasks that need to be done and find it hard to concentrate. For a small percentage of people it can lead to paranoia and symptoms of schizophrenia. It is a matter of your own self-awareness. If it caused problems in the past then it may have the same effect in the future.
