Me & my husband trying to conceive for last 8 months. My doctor advised me to take siphene 50mg. no use of it. Then she recommented 100 mg. My question is, if i missed my period for one day, is it possible to be pregnant or siphene will late the cycle?

Side effect of siphene is overstimulation, which might cause twins pregnqncy sometimes.
Late period is not siphene side effects.
