Hi,

Thanks for your question on Healthcare magic

I do understand your concern

“As” per your clinical history is concerned you are taking (Serta-50) which is an antidepressant and as per other drugs the side effect include Hepatitis, jaundice, pancreatitis, stomatitis, palpitation, HTN, hypercholesterolaemia, DM, tachycardia, bronchospasm, postural hypotension, amnesia, paraesthesia, aggression, hypothyroidism, leucopenia, hypoglycemia, menstrual irregularities, urinary incontinence, hyperprolactinaemia, tinnitus.
Serotonin syndrome or neuroleptic malignant syndrome; severe skin reactions (e.g. Stevens-Johnson syndrome, photosensitivity, vasculitis, other severe cutaneous disorders); cutaneous bleeding (ecchymoses and purpura), GI or gynaecological bleeding.so side effect varies from person to person which is very rare in proper doses.

The second medication (DESVAL) is an anti convulsion medication used in Bipolar disorder.

So do a consultation with your doctor he will check you whether you are normal by asking questions if no desideratum then he will reduce dose only but it can not be stooped at all as per my opinion.

Hope that helps
