What Are The Side Effects Of Retrograde Ejaculation?
I have heard that, you will last longer in bed if you will contract your PC muscle when you're about to ejaculate, so the semen will be held in. I tried it several times and it worked. But now i heard people talking, that you could harm yourself if you do this. So can you develop retrograde ejaculation or do any harm to yourself if you do this?
