What Are The Side Effects Of Nicardia, Lipicard And Losartan?

Good day to you doctor, I m having HT for past 3 to 4 years. But I came to know it about 8 months ago. My doctor advice me to take nicardia 10mg for night, lipicard and losarton 25mg 2 in the morning and 1 tablet for night. What are the side effect of those drugs.because now I m expireance headake, dizziness and also my heart rate incresed . It is above 110. My bp maintain around 117/80. I m 32 years old and working as a marine engineer.

I am curious to know how you concluded that you are having hypertension for the past 3 to 4 years when it was detected only 8 months ago. What were the symptoms you had? Was your blood pressure investigated? Could the doctor find a cause? Do you have a family history of high blood pressure?
Nicardia can produce increased heart rate and headache.
I would be able to give you a better opinion regarding your management once I have more details.
