Hi & Welcome.
I can understand your situation.
Mifeprin Kit contains Mifepristone and Misoprostol.

Its most common side effect is that next 2-3 menses ca be irregular & delayed and often heavy but it has no adverse effect on fertility.

Because of serious side effects like severe vaginal bleeding, cramps, incomplete abortion or infection this medication should be taken after consulting a gynecologist.

A pelvic ultrasound scan should be done to ascertain the duration of the pregnancy and its location. The duration of pregnancy should be less than 63 days and it should be intrauterine (within the womb). The risk of bleeding and cramps will be much more severe if it is ectopic (fallopian tube) pregnancy.

You can take the kit again but I would like to mention that this procedure should be undertaken under a gynecologist's supervision who is apparently close by and easily accessible to you in case of serious side effects.

This course is of 3 days in all, where one tablet of Mifepristone has to be taken stat followed by 4 tablets of Misoprostol after 48 hrs to be taken.

The bleeding generally starts after 4-6 hrs of intake of Misoprostol.
Abortion is generally completed by next 2-3 days but the bleeding can last till 4-5 days in all. Once the bleeding stops , then you should get a transvaginal ultrasound done to check for completion of abortion.

Hope this answers your query.
