What Are The Side Effects Of Meterpolol?

i have bav and was put on meterpolol and am having feelings in my extremeties like when they fall asleep.
I recently have experianced some hearing loss in my left ear and I am wondering if it is related to the medication.
I have always had low blood pressure and am thinking of switching cardiologists because he prescribes the meds and does not ask how I am feeling. I think my dose is too high.
