HELLO DEAR ,
I understand your problem , dear you had unprotected sex on your 5 day of menses which is safe period you are very unlikely to be pregnant. Having sex in fertile days that is 2 days prior and 3 days after ovulation and in regular cycle of 28 days ovulation occur on 13 or 14 day. As far as of macrobid antibiotic concerned its belongs to FDA category B so you can take this drug during pregnancy and can continue and should be stop few weeks prior to delivery around 35 or 36 weeks of gestation because there is very small risk that it will destroy some of your baby's red blood cell if you take it within several days of delivery .
THANKS
